Get Found. Stay Found.

A website that’s yours.

Most local businesses lose customers to something small and fixable — a wrong phone number on Google, no reviews, a site nobody can find. I find what’s costing you work, and either hand you the list or handle it myself.

The website

Show me one you love — I’ll build yours like it

You’ve seen a website and thought — I wish mine looked like that.

Send me a site you love — a competitor’s, a shop you found at midnight — and I’ll build yours like it. Or just describe what’s in your head, and I build that. Your name, your photos, your town. If you can point at it or say it, I can build it.

A good website doesn’t make you better at what you do. It makes you look as good as you already are.

This isn’t a template with your name dropped in. It’s the site built for exactly what your business is — and it doesn’t matter whether you arrive with a folder of ideas or none at all. Bring a site you love and I build yours in that spirit; bring nothing and I walk you to it. Either way it ends up looking like a professional built it, because one did.

From $512, once. Hosting $0/month, the site in your name on day one, the domain about $15 a year — nobody can ever hold it hostage.

An online store or booking system is a bigger build — quoted straight, before anything starts.

Every website build includes — no surprise add-ons
  • All the words, written for you — agencies charge hundreds for copywriting alone
  • Local SEO basics — findable on Google, with Maps, hours & links wired in
  • A contact form that emails you directly
  • Your photos placed properly — or your existing ones cleaned up
  • Hosting in your name, $0/month — and the site is yours outright: hire anyone you like to work on it, or change the code yourself. Nothing is locked to me
  • Domain setup help + free tweaks for 30 days after launch

How I tell them apart: if you can text it in one sentence and I don’t have to ask anything back, it’s easy. If I have to ask you something first, it’s medium. If I have to open a blank file, it’s big. Send several easy ones in one text and the batch is still $8 — five at once is $8, not $40. Everything goes live within two business days. Your first 30 days after launch, easy changes are free.

Structure

Every page leads somewhere.

Most small-business sites are a pile of pages that go nowhere — somebody lands, reads, and leaves. Before I build yours, I map where each page sends people and what they should be ready to do next. Here is my own site. Tap a stop to go there.

Yours gets the same treatment, at whatever size it needs — a one-page site is one stop, and it still has to know where it is sending people.

Ownership

Most of it is rented land.

A website of your own means one page that lives at your own web address — yourbusiness.com — which you buy for about $15 a year and nobody but you controls. That is a different thing from everything else you are on.

Rented

Facebook page Instagram profile Linktree A listing on someone else’s site

They belong to the company that runs them. Accounts do get locked, hacked and flagged by mistake — not often, and never on a good week, but it happens to somebody every day and there is no phone number to call when it does.

Yours

yourbusiness.com

Your own address is the one piece nobody can switch off. It is also a single link you can put in every bio, on a card, in a text — so whichever way somebody finds you, they end up in the same place: the one with your work, your prices and a way to reach you.

You have spent years building something real. It is worth owning the address it lives at.

The math

$2,550, or $527.

That is one year of the going rate around here — about $750 up front and $150 a month — next to one year of mine. Nobody adds it up, so here it is, added up.

The going rate

$2,550 the first year
Up front$750
Then, every month$150
The month you stop payingOn many plans, it goes dark

Mine

$527 the first year
Up front$512
Then, every month$0
The domain, in your name~$15 a year
$0 $1,000 $2,000 $3,000 live month 3 month 6 month 9 month 12 The going rate $150 a month, so the total grows by $150 every month after month 12 Mine flat, because there is nothing to keep paying

The gap is $2,023 in the first year, and it grows by $150 every month they keep the site. Mine has nothing to keep paying: if we never talk again after launch, it stays up, working, in your name. When you do want something changed, it is $8 or $16 for that change — never a month you didn’t ask for. The price is low because there is no rent hiding behind it.

How a build goes

Three steps, and you see every one of them happen.

01

Show me one you love

Send a site whose look you want and a few lines about your business. I come back the same day with a straight number.

Send me the site →
02

Watch it go up

I build it on your own domain, in your name. Your dashboard shows it taking shape, and you say what to change while it’s still warm.

03

It’s yours

Launch day it’s yours outright — $0 a month to keep. Thirty days of tweaks on one text, and a free re-check of your whole presence once it’s live.

The pattern

What I keep finding.

Every time I look at a business around here I write down what I actually found — the Google listing, the reviews, the phone number, whether a website turns up at all. Forty-three businesses in, the same few problems keep coming back. These are businesses I chose to check around Lewis County, not a random survey of the county — but none of it is guessed, and none of it is unusual.

19 of 43

No website I could find anywhere. Not an old one, not a half-finished one. Nothing to send a customer to but a phone number.

11 of 43

No Google listing at all. Which means nothing of theirs is in the map results people actually tap when they search for what these businesses do.

14 of 43

Name, address or phone written differently in different places. Google says one thing, Facebook another, the old listing a third. Google reads that as three businesses, and a customer reads it as a wrong number.

1,816

Google reviews between them — counted across the 26 whose review count I wrote down. That is the part nobody can buy. It is already earned, and it is often pointing at nowhere to go next.

Is any of that you?

I have no idea until I look, and I would rather look than guess. Half the things on that list take ten minutes to fix once somebody has actually found them — the trouble is that nobody ever goes looking on their own business.

Fair questions
Why is this so much cheaper than everyone else?

Because you’re not paying for an office, a sales team, or an account manager — it’s one person in Chehalis with modern tools and no overhead. And honestly: the website and the check aren’t where I make my living, the monthly work is. It’s worth it to me to make starting cheap, because if the first job is good, you stay.

I’m not technical at all.

You never have to be. Everything gets set up in your name — I do the setting up, then hand you the keys with plain-English instructions. If you can read a text message, you can own all of it.

I already get my work from word of mouth.

Word of mouth is the best marketing there is — and it’s exactly why this matters. Nearly every referral looks you up before they call. A good website doesn’t replace word of mouth; it catches the work your reputation already earned.

What happens when I need changes later?

Your first 30 days of tweaks are free. After that, easy changes are $8 and medium ones $16 with no plan at all. Send a change from your page. Most are live within the day, and your page shows when. Or $32/mo covers six changes a month, easy or medium — up to $96 of changes for $32, and I keep an eye on it — and takes a quarter off the big work. Either way, your site is in your name, so changes are never held over you.

What if I want to change something myself later, without you?

Then you do. The site is yours outright — the files, the domain, the hosting account, all in your name. Text me and I’ll change a line for you if you’d rather, but nothing is locked to me: hand the login to your nephew, hire anyone you like, or open the file and edit the words yourself. I write the code plainly for exactly that reason. The one thing I’d ask is a two-minute walkthrough before you start, so you know which file holds what.

What if I pay for the check and it turns out I didn’t need anything?

Then I tell you that. The check costs $128 whether the news is good or bad, and the dashboard is yours to keep either way — but if your presence is genuinely solid, the report says so and I don’t upsell you. I’d rather you tell people I was straight with you.

Everything month-to-month — cancel anytime. Quarterly billing available for smaller and seasonal businesses, and prices flex for small local shops, just ask. Not sure what you need? Pick “Not sure yet” below and I’ll tell you straight.

    The examples

    See where yours would start.

Twenty-four sample sites — a barber, a cafe, a farm, an arcade, a builder among them. Type your business in and the page rebuilds around it, so you can see the shape and the finish. Yours gets built around what you actually do, and none of the sample’s words stay. Want something else entirely? Show me the site you love instead.
